We are doing it in order to ensure that the deal is sound and that the both parts of the deal are trustworthy.
Negotiating deals
It involves bargaining and coming to an agreement on the terms of the funding round. This includes the size of the funding round, the valuation of the company, the identity of the investors, and the rights of the investors. Our goal is to reach an agreement that both sides find satisfactory.

CEO/Co-FounderAfter a Master in Finance from La Sorbonne and a M.A. in Financial Economics from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, he started his career at Cuckierman & Co as a Venture Capital Analyst. Before founding Choulhan Consulting, he worked at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) as Equity Market Data Specialist.
